Campaign 4 Kudos

Well we had a pretty good campaign 4, and our total sales as a group were $3786.35

Congratulations everyone, you did well!


I'm definitely expecting some good things from campaign 5 with all of the sale items that are going on and the specials. I know our customers like to stock up during the sales so I'm hoping you will all have some brilliant online orders orders this time. In campaign 4, four of you utilized your online website.

I am thankful for all of you and appreciate everything you do. I know I enjoy the convenience of online sales because basically there's not much that I do but I get paid for it. I send my link, I do keep up with sending my customers coupon codes and promotions through the promotions tab, and I always send an email Thank You and post on my AVON page on Facebook just saying thank you to customers who have ordered from me. They appreciate being thanked for their orders and knowing that you appreciate them so always follow up an online order with just a quick email that says thank you and I always put in an image that says thank you as well just to make it pretty.

I appreciate you all so much, and as always I want to remind you that although I am not an in-your-face leader, if you ever need my help all you have to do is get a hold of me and I and I will do my best to help with whatever issues you are needing help with. I simply believe that we are all adults and that you do not need somebody breathing down your neck urging you to do more than what you feel you want to do. 
This is your business. You know what your goals are, you know what you need to do to achieve them and you know if you are willing to do what it takes to achieve those goals. I know it used to annoy me when I worked in other businesses and had uplines that were constantly bugging me to do this or do that in order to make more sales. Sometimes they said basically to harass my customers and guilt them into ordering, 
I do not believe in that. I see myself as a supporter for you in your journey in your AVON business and I see myself as a facilitator for my customers and my premise with them is always to help them save money or get more bang for their buck

One thing I do urge you always to do though - because it will put more money in your pocket - is to always go into your promotions tab each campaign and send promotions to your customers. If you do not wish to invest in your business, then do not offer the free shipping or discount codes as these will that cost you, in either paying the $8 shipping fee or earning a lesser commission because the sales total is less. Simply use the the free gifts with a certain dollar purchase because then AVON covers the cost of those items.
