Campaign 26 Kudos

Thank you all for a brilliant campaign 26!!!

We had a good sales, and participation level,

and our group sales were

$4656.75

I am so thankful for each and everyone of you. Although our team only numbers 60 now 31 of you placed an order in campaign 26.

Eight of you had online sales during campaign 26. I was told a long time ago, by a manager, not to leave money lying on the table.

When you get sales through your online website, you do not have to unpack a box, sort and invoice, or deliver them, you do not have to use your gas to do so, everything is taken care of and all you do is collect your commission.

And for this all you do is share your website with all of your customers, and ask them to share with their friends and neighbours.

You can also send it by text now and do everything online, and you can share on social media. Basically it is a free resource, so make use of it.

Our top online seller in C26 was
Jennifer Jarvis
$444.73

Leann Chapman $86.84
Kimberly Chheda $72.97
Beverly Dore $71.74
Elaine Olivier $65.54
Jennifer Arduini $61.08
Carol Delaney $60.30
and
Cher  Salo $43.14

You are all amazing!!!!

Our top 3 in overall sales were:
Jennifer Jarvis  $744.56

and
Leann Chapman  $231.63

One of the thing that has made a big difference to my life, has been my AVON.

Many of you are aware of my story, some of you are not. Suffice to say that we do not realise how much of ourselves and how we think of ourselves, is wrapped up in how we relate to other people. When I first became disabled it was simply a matter of my back going out a few times in quick succession, meaning I could not get out of bed, so could not get to the shower, nor to get dressed, get in the car and drive to work. I did not realize exactly how much of who I thought I was, was wrapped up with being a loyal, responsible employee, who would show up on time, could be called in to cover for somebody that didn't come in, and work late in order to fulfill obligations that needed to be done that day.

And then all of a sudden I was the person calling in.

My employers were great, they saw me struggle to walk many days and needing support from objects in order to get from my car to my desk. They were willing to work with me. Unfortunately, when my calling out began to get worse, my guilt at letting my coworkers down meant that I felt I had no other option but to leave my job. In very English terms, it did my head in. I no longer felt that I was who I had thought I was. AVON turned out to be a life saver for me. I was able to challenge myself to build my business, and actually made Presidents Club in my first full year, and attended many Presidents Club banquets locally and received many awards. Our team thrived and grew and at one point numbered about 140.

Finally I felt justified again, I had a reputation back that said that I was a productive member of society. Too often we do not appreciate our own value. We do not realise how outside things influence how we see ourselves. I just know I am very thankful for AVON, and for all of you, because AVON is the part of my life that tells me I am valuable to other people.

You also need to realise how are your Avon customers see you as valuable to them. For many of you this is just a little side thing for a little extra money throughout the year, or maybe to pay a bill, or simply to save for Christmas. To your customers it may be a lot more. Sadly, becoming disabled meant that I could no longer visit many of my customers the way that I used to. I had to give away some customers that I had had brilliant relationships with simply because they lived in apartments and and I could no longer walk up the stairs. The sitting and visiting that they had come to expect from me was no longer within my ability. I gave them to reps on my team who could visit an be that person that they wanted. This is especially true of the elderly and shut ins, they look forward to your visit for more then it just being you dropping off a brochure or an order. Cherish those relationships.

You all know that I try to be here for you when you need me, but that I do not bug you to sell more, or recruit more, because I feel that you are adults and know exactly what you want from your AVON. I would say though, but if you want more from it, look at the upcoming months and make goals and then plans to work towards achieving them.

You can start by looking in the AVON U and taking some of the courses (and don't forget you get points for those that you can trade in for different goodies).

I'd also suggest sharing your E Rep site more, and going into your Promotions tab and setting up free promotions for all of the customers in your AVON address book. I cannot recommend this enough because this gives your customers more for their money and shows that you care for them, and online sales - or more online sales - means extra money for you and it didn't cost you anything. The only promotions that cost you are those where you pay the shipping on a smaller order, or where you offer a discount which then means that the sales level is lower, so your Commission on that order is a little less. But if it keeps your customers coming back with repeat orders, isn't that a small price to pay?

Have a brilliant campaign 27, I wish you all much success. Thank you again for all your hard work and for being on my team, I appreciate you all so much
