Have you been with AVON 9 Campaigns or more and did not make Premier level? That’s ok! This incentive is for you!

It’s not for representatives who have earned Premier or President’s Club this year but anyone who is a Contender, no matter how long they have been with AVON.

The incentive period is from Campaign 11 through Campaign 18 (April 28th to August 17th 2021)

If you were a representative last year (2020) between Campaigns 11 and 18, then your goal is going to be 10% above your sales totals from last year during those campaigns, in order to start earning the FREE PRODUCTS.

So, if you were selling last year between Campaigns 11 and 18, and sold $1000 then your goal for starting earning the product collections is going to be $1100.

The sweetest thing is, these awards are cumulative, which means that if your goal for this incentive is $1100, then when you achieve it you’ll get 2 collections, one for reaching the $500 milestone and one for reaching the $1000 one. Isn’t that awesome?

Who Doesn't Want Beautiful Hair?

I know that I do. I want mine to be silky and shiny, soft to the touch, not brittle, with a nice volume (I have very fine hair) that is healthy and manageable, styling easily with a brush or comb.

AVON offers me products that do everything that I want them too, so that my hair is always looking nice.

Obviously diet and nutrition come into the equation, but as important as those is choosing the right product for your hair type and needs.

Where to begin?
With shampoo and conditioner of course!

Choosing the right product should be the very basic first thing that you do. 

What things do you need to take into account? 

For instance, is your hair dry, oily or normal?

Do you need a product that you can use daily, every few days or weekly?

Do you have other criteria? 

Is it important for you that all  the ingredients are naturally sourced?

All of the above factors play into the choice you will make in deciding which shampoo and conditioner best suits your needs. I must admit, I have been smitten by the Elastine PropoliThera range, since its introduction. I love the Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner, they leave my hair beautifully soft and fuller, and easy to manage. No tangles! And I have always been the queen of tangles.

When it comes to treatments and styling, I am a very basic person. I don't use heat on my hair, I towel dry and then let time and the air do the rest. My main 2 "go to" treatments are the PropoliThera oil serum and the PropoliThera Dual Serum Essence and I use one of them after every wash, and the oil serum daily (before brushing) as a styling aid. A pea-size amount the the palm of my hand on the ends of my hair and then fingered through from my scalp down all over. It holds the front of my hair in place after I flick it back.
