I'm excited about the holiday season as we have some awesome gifts for everyone in the family, as well as decor ideas for those who like to create Christmas villages and dioramas.

Times have been tough for everyone but there is that old saying but when the times get tough the tough get going, and we have been doing that. We have stayed strong and plodded through the hard times, and this campaign showed that we are back on track, we almost doubled our sales from campaign 21. I'm glad that so many of you are now making sales again and earning some money. I know how hard it was for all of us when our paychecks dropped. In campaign 23 we start to highlight the Christmas and seasonal items, so I hope you all have a wonderful sale season in this fourth quarter. Remember to take advantage have the promotions that you can give your customers, particularly the ones that you do not have to pay for, where AVON covers the cost of a free item with a particular order size. That helps you grow your business, reward your customers, and earn more money, without having to invest a penny, simply investing in yourself in your time by creating the promotions and then sending them to all of your customer list. What could be simpler?
