The Lazy Person's Skin Care Regimen

I am one of those people who just can't be fussed with a full skin care regimen. The cleansing, toning, moisturizing, treating and all that jazz that takes care of what is the largest organ in our body. I do, however take care of my skin, it is important to me, it's just that I want it quick and simple, but effective. 

I cleanse. Usually in the shower. 

I use my Anew Clean Comforting Cream Cleanser and Mask or my Rice Water Bright Foam Cleanser 

and then I lay a hot face cloth over my face, rinse and then re-do again with a hot face cloth.

My moisturizing routine is simple too, although I do treat as well, it's just that I mix my moisturizer and treatment together in the palm of my hand and then apply in one go.

What are my favourite mixes?

                                                                                                                      

Currently, I am enjoying mixing the Mission Luxureve Serum with the Dr Belmeur Cica Peptide Ampoule and I use this over my face and neck. 

It has noticeably lessened the lines, above my lips, on my forehead and around my eyes, and my neck is less "scraggy". I'm 65, so those are a regular part of natural aging for women in my age range and an issue that many resolve with surgery. I am more for a natural way of doing things!  I love that the serum is an herbal formula and that cica is a natural skin soother that gently moisturizes as it strengthens the skin barrier.

Very relaxing!
